Redefining Hospitality.

Valliio is an AI operations company for hospitality. We build technology that helps hotels, bars and restaurants run their day to day operations.

We are early. The company was incorporated in Bangalore in June 2026 and our product is live. You would be among the first people to join, and you will help shape what we become.

The role

You work directly with the founder on whatever moves the company forward that week. Most weeks that means sales, operations and pilots. Some weeks it means research, writing or building something new. You will see how an early company is built because you will be part of all of it.

What you will do

• Join walk ins, sales meetings and demos with the founder. Run some yourself once you know the pitch.
• Help plan and run pilots at hotels, bars and restaurants: setup, staff training and feedback.
• Research properties, markets and competitors, and turn what you find into short, clear notes.
• Use the product the way a manager, staff member or guest would. Find what is broken and write it up so it can be fixed.
• Sit in when we decide what to build next and what to cut, and bring what you heard from customers.
• Keep the week running: scheduling, follow ups, trackers and documents.
• Prepare decks, numbers and documents when the founder needs them, including occasional investor material.

Who you are

• A student or recent graduate. No experience needed.
• You can move from a sales visit to a bug report to a spreadsheet in one afternoon without losing track.
• You write clearly and make documents that look like they came from a serious company.
• You can be trusted with numbers, customer details and things that matter.
• You are fine without a fixed checklist every day.
• Available in Bangalore and in person most days.
