Valliio is an AI operations company for hospitality. We build technology that helps hotels, bars and restaurants run their day to day operations.

We are early. The company was incorporated in Bangalore in June 2026 and our product is live. You would be among the first people to join, and you will help shape what we become.

The role

A 3 month internship in operations. You help get each new property live and keep it running well. You will be on site at hotels, bars and restaurants in Bangalore, often in the evening when they are busiest.

What you will do

• Help onboard pilot properties, from the first setup visit to the end of the pilot.
• Set up the materials each property needs and check that everything works before day one.
• Help set up the product at pilot properties and train staff to use it. Stay with them through their first shifts.
• Visit properties during service to see what works and what does not.
• Collect feedback from staff, managers and guests and share it with the founder.
• Write clear setup guides and checklists so the next property goes live faster.
• Report bugs and rough edges clearly enough that they can be fixed.

Who you are

• A student or recent graduate. No experience needed.
• Patient when you teach, and comfortable with phones and apps.
• Organised. You write things down and follow through.
• Hindi and Kannada help when you train staff.
• Available in person in Bangalore, including some evenings.
